Rock climbing can be done in many parts of the Costa del Sol, from the steep mountains of Nerja, to the rocky terrain of Malaga.
PARAGLIDING - Para Gliding is a popular Sport here in Spain, especially from the high Mountain tops of Nerja and Marbella. There is something very exciting and exhilarating about in taking to the air on a paraglider. Paragliding is not to be confused with Hang Gliding, paragliding is like flying on air, with the help of an aerofoil canopy, designed to fly on air currents, where as, Hang Gliders use a framed canopy and fly much faster. Your instructor will take you out on a tandem flight giving you the opportunity to just sit back and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the of the Costa del Sol from a birds eye view.
